I think this hat is made of a different yarn, maybe Safran.Paris yarn is very thick for her.I've been trying to crochet 3.5 and 3.It turns out a big hat and thicker.Check, please.

DROPS Design 16.04.2018 kl. 13:20:

Dear Mrs Наталия, make sure you get the correct tension, ie 20 tr (UK-English) = 10 cm in width. You are crocheting here with a smaller crochet than usually used with Paris to get the desired fabric, adjust crochet hook size if needed. Happy crocheting!

I cannot follow your instructions at all - I have tried - and this is the second pattern I have tried to do. I am doing what you say - and I always have at least two stitches left over - You and the others that think we can understand you are totally CRAZY!

DROPS Design 09.04.2018 kl. 13:11:

Dear Denise, do not hesitate to tell us more, ie which row you have troubles to work, which size, etc... For any further individual assistance please contact the store where you bought your yarn, even per mail or telephone. Happy crocheting!

Is Drops Pattern 99-23 the same pattern as Drops 0-95. My sister-in-law found Drops Pattern 0-95 on the internet My sister-in-law really wants Drops Pattern 0-95 and I can't seem to find the pattern? Please advise Thank you

DROPS Design 13.07.2017 kl. 09:51:

Hi Joan. Drops 99-23 and DROPS 0-95 are almost completely similar. The yarn that was used in 0-95 has expired. In DROPS 99-23 we use a yarn we have (Drops Paris) and it is rewritten a little so that it has a better fit and comes in 2 sizes. Happy Crocthing!

Joanne Blanch 11.07.2016 - 17:17:

Im confused after 20th row. I completed the 20th row and have 90 stitches. Looking at the rest of the pattern it states to keep increasing in the next 8 rows. At what point does the hat start to form its shape as it seems like by continuing to increase it will just creates one large circle.????

DROPS Design 12.07.2016 kl. 09:30:

Dear Mrs Blanch, from round 21 you will inc every 3rd row, ie on rounds 21, 24 and 27 to make brim. Rounds 22,23,25,26 are worked without inc. Happy crocheting!.

Cindy Thomas 15.05.2016 - 20:59:

When I use the gauge swatch what do I seek? I've never done a swatch Also typically your patterns will have inches around for circumference? Am I lost or just aren't seeing this part Also you tend to use parenthesis when it's sized? Where is the small medium large I'm 22 Thank you as always a admirer :)

DROPS Design 17.05.2016 kl. 10:34:

Dear Mrs Thomas, you should have a tension of 20 dc = 4" - in 1st size, you will get then 90 dc around head, ie approx. 18" and in larger size 100 dc around head, ie approx. 20". In order to fit on the head, you have a bit less inch, so that the hat stay on head. You can always adjust crocheting more/less sts to fit yours. Happy crocheting!
