Size: Ladies S – M – L. Men’s S/M – M/L. Numbers in ( ) refer to men’s sizes. NB! Men’s version identical to ladies version, but with shorter rib at neck.

550-600-650 (600-650) g colour no 16, white
50-50-50 (50-50) g colour no 28, navy blue
50-50-50 (50-50) g colour no 23, light grey
50-50-50 (50-50) g colour no 3, mint

DROPS circular and double pointed needles size 2.5 and 5 mm - or size needed to obtain 17 sts x 23 rows in stocking st on needle size 5 mm = 10 x 10 cm.

Pattern instructions

Pattern: See diagram M.1 and M2. The diagram shows the pattern from the RS.
Rib: *K1 into back of loop, P1*, repeat from *-*.

Body: The jumper is worked in the round on circular needle. Numbers in ( ) refer to men’s sizes. Cast on 134-138-142 (150-156) sts on circular needle size 2.5 mm with white and work 8-8-8 (7-7) cm Rib. Change to circular needle size 5 mm and continue in pattern M.1 and stocking st, at the same time inc 56-62-68 (50-54) sts evenly on first round = 190-200-210 (200-210) sts. After M.1 complete piece in M.2. Remember the knitting tension! When piece measures 31-31-32 (36-35) cm divide the piece in two and complete front and back pieces separately.
Front piece: = 95-100-105 (100-105) sts. Continue in pattern. When piece measures 47-48-50 (52-52) cm cast off the middle st for ladies size S + L and men’s size M/L, divide the piece in two for all sizes and complete each side separately. Cast off to shape the neckline on every row: 1 st 19-20-20 (20-20) times. Cast off remaining sts on shoulder when piece measures 59-60-62 (64-64) cm.
Back piece: = 95-100-105 (100-105) sts. Continue in pattern. When piece measures 57-58-60 (63-63) cm cast off the middle 37-38-39 (38-39) sts for neck and dec 1 st on neckline on next row. Cast off remaining sts on shoulder as described for front piece.
Sleeve: Cast on 32-34-34 (34-36) sts on double pointed needles size 2.5 mm with white and work 6 cm Rib. Change to double pointed needles size 5 mm and continue in M.1, at the same time inc 18-16-16 (16-14) sts evenly on first round = 50-50-50 (50-50) sts. After 10 rounds in M.1 inc 2 sts mid under arm a total of 23-25-26 (23-25) times on every *3rd and 4th round* alternately for ladies size S + M, on every 3rd round for ladies size L, and on every *3rd and 4th round* alternately for men’s size S/M and M/L = 96-100-102 (96-100) sts. Cast off when piece measures 50-49-48 (54-55) cm.
Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up approx 90 sts round neckline on double pointed needles size 2.5 mm with white and work 10-11-11 (3-3) cm rib – make sure to have K1 mid front – at the same time dec 2 sts mid front on every 3rd round as follows: work round until 1 st before middle st, slip middle st on cable needle in front of piece, K tog the st before and the st after middle st, psso middle st. Cast off after rib. Set in sleeves.
