Super soft and lightweight in baby alpaca and merino wool

Made from a combination of 74% baby alpaca, 8% merino wool and 18% polyamide, DROPS Sky is super soft and luxurious, with a feel that’s similar to DROPS Air, but a much more complex tube-like structure that allows the yarn to be lightweight, breathable and very durable.

Perfect for big projects like blankets, ponchos, cardigans and jumpers; and for cozy accessories like shawls, hats and scarves, DROPS Sky results in garments with a lovely texture when knitted in classic stocking stitch and it gives also a great result in both structure and cable patterns.

This yarn has an Oeko-Tex® certification (certificate number 25.3.0040), Standard 100, Class I. This means that it has been tested and found completely free from harmful chemicals and that it is safe for human use. Class I is the highest level, and it means the yarn is suitable for baby articles (ages 0-3).
