Soft and durable in alpaca, wool and polyamide

Spun as a traditional 4-strands sock yarn, DROPS Nord is made in a combination of 45% superfine alpaca (for the softness), 25% wool (for the warm and shape stability) and 30% polyamide (for the strength and durability).

An easy to knit/crochet yarn, that gives clear stitches and that is perfect for warm, everyday garments, like jumpers, socks, hats and gloves, DROPS Nord is part of Yarn Group A and specially good for patterns designed for DROPS Alpaca, DROPS Baby Merino, DROPS Fabel and DROPS Flora.

Made in Peru
This yarn has an Oeko-Tex® certification (certificate number 23.HPE.36896), Standard 100, Class I. This means that it has been tested and found completely free from harmful chemicals and that it is safe for human use. Class I is the highest level, and it means the yarn is suitable for baby articles (ages 0-3).
