MATERIALS:
DROPS PARIS from Garnstudio (belongs to yarn group C)
50 g colour 63, desert rose
50 g colour 64, amethyst
50 g colour 66, plum
50 g colour 58, powder pink
50 g colour 59, old pink
50 g colour 16, white
50 g colour 17, off white
1 make-up pad weighs approx. 5 g; you can make 10 pads out of 50 g.
KNITTING TENSION:
19 stitches in width and 31 rows in height with moss stitch = 10 x 10 cm.
NEEDLES:
DROPS NEEDLES SIZE 4 MM.
Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to a smaller needle size.

EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN:

MOSS STITCH (worked back and forth):
Row 1: * Knit 1, purl 1 *, work from *-*.
Row 2: Knit over purl and purl over knit.
Repeat row 2 onwards.

MAKE-UP PADS – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE:
The piece is worked back and forth with moss stitch.
MAKE-UP PAD:
Cast on 13 stitches with needle size 4 mm and Paris. Work MOSS STITCH – read description above. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION!
Work moss stitch until the piece measures approx. 7 cm and cast off with knit.
Cut and fasten the strand.
