SOAP BAG - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE:
The piece is worked in the round, bottom up and the bottom is sewn together to finish.
SOAP BAG:
Start by working 44 chain stitches with hook size 3.5 mm and Paris. Form chain stitches into a ring with 1 slip stitch in the first chain stitch. Work according to the diagram – read PATTERN- see description above. Start diagram A.1 at the bottom right corner.
On the first round work 1 double crochet in each chain stitch = 44 double crochets. Continue the pattern in the round until the piece measures 13 cm - adjust so the last round is a round of double crochets - REMEMBER THE CROCHET TENSION. Now make a loop by working 15 chain stitches. Finish with 1 slip stitch in the first of the 15 chain stitches.
ASSEMBLY
Cut and fasten the strand. Sew together the bottom of the bag to finish.
