DROPS BRUSHED ALPACA SILK from Garnstudio (belongs to yarn group C)
25-25-25 g colour 07, red
KNITTING TENSION:
19 stitches in width and 36 rows in height with garter stitch = 10 x 10 cm.
NEEDLES:
DROPS NEEDLES SIZE 4 MM.
The needle size is only a guide. If you have too many stitches on 10 cm, change to a larger needle size. If you have too few stitches on 10 cm, change to a smaller needle size.

RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth):
1 ridge = Knit 2 rows.
PATTERN:
See diagrams A.1 to A.3. Diagram A.3 varies from 11 to 13 stitches.

WRIST WARMER - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE:
The piece is worked back and forth. It is worked sideways and sewn together to finish.
WRIST WARMER:
Cast on 35-35-41 stitches with needle size 4 mm and Brushed Alpaca Silk. Work 1 RIDGE – read description above.
Then work as follows – from the right side: A.1 (= 6 stitches) 1 time, A.2 (= 6 stitches) a total of 3-3-4 times and A.3 (= 11 stitches – read PATTERN) 1 time. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Repeat A.1 to A.3 in height until the piece measures 16½-17½ -18½ cm – adjust to after a row worked from the wrong side. Work 1 ridge and cast off; make sure that the cast-off edge is not tight.
ASSEMBLY:
Lay cast-on and cast-off edges side by side and sew together in outermost loop. Work 1 more wrist warmer in the same way.
