Materials:
DROPS LIMA from Garnstudio
250-250-300-300-350-350 g colour no 0519, dark grey
100-150-150-150-150-200 g colour no 9020, light pearl grey

DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 and 80 cm) SIZE 4.5 mm - or size needed to get 20 sts x 26 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (80 cm) SIZE 4 mm for garter st - or size needed to get 21 sts x 28 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.
ELASTIC: approx. 66-100 cm

GARTER ST (worked in the round):
1 ridge = 2 rounds. * K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*.

PATTERN:
See diagrams A.1 and A.2. Work all sts in stocking st.

DECREASE TIP 1:
Dec 1 st by K 2 sts tog.

DECREASE TIP 2:
NOTE: Dec alternately on the right and left side of all markers. I.e. dec before all markers the first time, dec after all markers next time, etc.
Dec 1 st before marker as follows: Work until 2 sts remain before marker, slip 1 st as if to K, K 1, psso.
Dec 1 st after marker as follows: K 2 tog.

SKIRT:
Worked in the round on circular needle. Rounds start mid back.
Cast on 224-240-256-272-304-336 sts with dark grey on circular needle size 4 mm. Work 2 ridges in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Switch to circular needle size 4.5 mm and continue with pattern A.1 (= 16 sts) = 14-15-16-17-19-21 repetitions on round. On last round in diagram dec 8-12-16-20-28-36 sts evenly - READ DECREASE TIP 1 = 216-228-240-252-276-300 sts. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION Continue in the round with A.2 (= 12 sts) 18-19-20-21-23-25 repetitions on round. On round 26 dec 12-12-12-0-0-0 sts evenly = 204-216-228-252-276-300 sts. Continue with the remaining rows in diagram. When diagram A.2 has been worked vertically, continue with dark grey until finished measurements. On next round, dec 24-18-6-4-8-8 sts evenly = 180-198-222-248-268-292 sts. When piece measures 29-30-31-32-33-35 cm, insert 6 markers in piece as follows: Work the first 15-17-19-22-22-24 sts, insert a marker, then insert 5 markers 30-33-37-41-45-49 sts apart, 15-16-18-21-21-23 sts remain on round. On next round dec 1 st at every marker - SEE DECREASE TIP 2. Dec like this every 4th round 8-9-7-6-6-12 times and then every 3rd round 0-0-4-6-6-0 times = 132-144-156-176-196-220 sts. Work in stocking st until piece measures 45-47-49-51-53-55 cm, P 1 round (= folding edge), work in stocking st for 2 cm. Cast off.

ASSEMBLY:
Sew folding edge, fold it double towards the WS and fasten with neat stitches. Leave a little opening to thread the elastic through.
