DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 and 80 cm) SIZE 4 mm - or size needed to get 21 sts x 28 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 and 80 cm) SIZE 3.5 mm - for rib.

PATTERN:

DECREASE TIP:
Beg 6 sts before marker and work as follows: K 2 tog, K 1, P 2, K 2 (marker is in the middle of these 2 sts), P 2, K 1, slip 1 st as if to K, K 1, psso.

PONCHO:
Cast on 408-440-472 sts on circular needle size 3.5 mm with Karisma. Work rib = P 2/K 2 for 8 cm. Switch to circular needle size 4 mm. Then work as follows: A.1 over the first 82 sts, AT THE SAME TIME dec 3 sts evenly over these sts (= 79 sts), * stocking st over the next 26-30-34 sts, continue with P 2, K 2, P 2 over the next 6 sts (these sts are directly above P 2, K 2, P 2 from rib) *, repeat from *-* 2 more times, stocking st over the next 26-30-34 sts, A.1 over the next 82 sts, AT THE SAME TIME dec 3 sts evenly over these sts (= 79 sts), * stocking st over the next 26-30-34 sts, continue with P 2, K 2, P 2 over the next 6 sts (these sts are directly above P 2, K 2, P 2 from rib) *, repeat from *-* 2 more times, stocking st over the next 26-30-34 sts = 402-434-466 sts. Insert 4 markers in piece as follows: Insert first marker after 108-112-116 sts (between 2 sts K in first rib), second marker after 172-184-196 sts (between 2 sts K in third rib), third marker after 309-329-349 sts (between 2 sts K in fourth rib), and fourth marker after 373-401-429 sts (between 2 sts K in sixth rib). Continue this pattern AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures 10 cm, dec 1 st on each side of markers - READ DECREASE TIP. Repeat dec every 2 cm 19-19-19 times, then on every cm 5-9-13 times (24-28-32 dec in total) = 210 sts remain on needle in all sizes. Piece measures approx. 52-56-60 cm. Switch to circular needle size 3.5 mm. K 1 round while AT THE SAME TIME dec 42 sts evenly = 168 sts. P 1 round. Work rib = K 2/P 2 for 20 cm. Cast off sts with K over K and P over P.
