Materials: DROPS PARIS from Garnstudio
50 g colour no 16, white
50 g colour no 14, strong yellow
Or use:
50 g colour no 16, white
50 g colour no 33, medium pink

ACCESSORIES: Some cotton wool for filling
CROCHET INFO: To get a nice transition beg every round with 1 ch. Finish every round with 1 sl st in first dc.

LOLLIPOP:
Work the lollipop in the round in two parts before working it tog. Work the stick at the end.
Work 4 ch on hook size 4 mm with white and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.
ROUND 1: Work 6 dc in the circle, finish with 1 sl st in first dc.
ROUND 2: Switch to red, medium pink or strong yellow and work 2 dc in every dc = 12 dc, finish with 1 sl st in first dc.
ROUND 3: Switch to white and work * 1 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* and finish with 1 sl st in first dc = 18 sts.
ROUND 4: Switch to red, medium pink or strong yellow and work * 1 dc in each of the next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* = 24 sts.
ROUND 5-7: Continue working the same way, work 1 dc more between every inc, switch colour on every round. After 7th round there are 42 dc.
Now put the piece aside and work another part the same way. Fasten the yarn and work the 2 parts tog as follows: Place the parts on top of each other and work 1 dc in every dc through both layers with red, medium pink or strong yellow, fill with some cotton wool and when 3 dc remain, work the stick in the same colour: Work 3 dc only in the front part, turn piece and continue working 3 dc in the back part. Continue working in the round over these 6 sts for 8 cm, insert a straw or similar in the stick to stiffen it. Cut, tighten tog and fasten off.
