Materials:
DROPS PARIS from Garnstudio
50 g colour no 17, off white
50 g colour no 14, strong yellow

DROPS CROCHET HOOK SIZE 3.5 mm – or size needed to get 18 dc = 10 cm in width.

CROCHET INFO:
ROUND 1: 1 ch replace first dc.
ROUND 2-3: 3 ch replace first tr.
ROUND 4-15: 1 ch does NOT replace first dc but is an addition to no of sts.

FRIED EGG POT HOLDER:
Worked in the round. Work 2 yolks, place them double and work the whites around these.

YOLK:
Beg with strong yellow and hook size 3.5 mm. Work 4 ch and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.
ROUND 1: Work 1 ch - READ CROCHET INFO, 7 dc in ch-ring. Finish with 1 sl st in first dc = 8 dc.
ROUND 2: 3 ch, 2 tr in first dc, 3 tr in every dc the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round = 24 tr.
ROUND 3: 3 ch, 2 tr in next tr, * 1 tr in next tr, 2 tr in next tr *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch on beg of round = 36 tr. Fasten off.
Work 2 yolks. Place them towards each other, WS against WS and work them tog through both layers as follows:
ROUND 4: 1 ch, 1 dc in each of the next 2 tr * 2 dc in next tr, 1 dc in each of the next 2 tr *, repeat from *-* the entire round but finish with 2 dc in last tr and 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 48 dc.

WHITES:
ROUND 5: Switch to off white and work as follows: 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 5 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 56 dc.
ROUND 6: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 6 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 64 dc.
ROUND 7: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 7 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 72 dc.
ROUND 8: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 8 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 80 dc.
ROUND 9: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 9 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 88 dc.
ROUND 10: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 10 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 96 dc.
ROUND 11: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 11 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 104 dc.
ROUND 12: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 12 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 112 dc.
ROUND 13: Work 1 ch, * 1 dc in each of the next 13 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 120 dc.
ROUND 14: Work 16 ch (= strap), * 2 dc in first dc, 1 dc in each of the next 2 dc, 1 htr in each of the next 2 dc, 1 tr in each of the next 2 dc, 2 dtr in each of the next 2 dc, 1 tr in each of the next 2 dc, 1 htr in each of the next 2 dc, 1 dc in each of the next 2 dc *, repeat from *-* 8 times in total. Work approx. 20 dc around the strap and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round.
