100 g colour no 11, strong yellow
100 g colour no 28, orange
100 g colour no 31, lime
100 g colour no 55, cerise

100 g colour no 09, yellow
100 g colour no 16, red
100 g colour no 17, opal green
100 g colour no 10, heather
100 g = 1 towel.
DROPS STRAIGHT NEEDLES SIZE 3.5 mm - or size needed to get 23 sts x 30 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.
GARTER ST (back and forth on needle):
K all rows.
COLOUR AND PATTERN OVERVIEW:
Orange towel:
False rib:
Row 1: K.
Row 2: * K 1, P 1 *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1.
Repeat 1st and 2nd row until finished measurements.
Lime towel:
Moss st:
Row 1: * K 1, P 1 *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1.
Row 2: K over P and P over K. Repeat 2nd row until finished measurements.
Strong yellow towel:
Square pattern:
Row 1: * K 3, P 3 *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 3.
Row 2-4: P over P and K over K.
Row 5: * P 3, K 3 *, repeat from *-* and finish with P 3.
Row 6-8: P over P and K over K. Repeat row 1–8 until finished measurements.
Cerise towel:
Garter st:
Row 1: K.
Row 2: K.
Repeat 1st and 2nd row until finished measurements.

TOWEL:
All towels are worked with same no of sts and the same length. Read COLOUR AND PATTERN OVERVIEW and work as follows: Cast on 73 sts on needle size 3.5 mm with Safran or DROPS ♥ You #7.
Work 4 rows in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Then work one of the patterns above with 2 sts in garter st in each side.
Work until piece measures approx. 44 cm vertically, adjust according to pattern. Work 2 rows in garter st. Work next row with an inserted loop as follows: Work until 2 sts remain on needle.
Before the last 2 sts, cast on 20 new sts, then K the last 2 sts on needle tog. On next row cast off all sts with K sts (incl the new sts for loop).
