Materials: DROPS Alaska, from Garnstudio
750-850 (850-900) g colour no. 02, off white

Circular needle size 3,5 mm and 5 mm.
Double pointed needles size 3,5 mm and 5 mm.

Tension: 10 x 10 cm = 17 sts x 21 rows on needle size 5 mm and stocking stitches.

Rib: * K1, P3 *, repeat *-*

Moss-stitches:
1st row: K1, P1
2nd+4th row: Work K over K and P over P.
3rd row: P1, K1.
Repeat row 1-4.

Body: Numbers in () = Gent sies. Cast on 156-164 (164-172) sts on circular needle size 3,5 mm with off white and work 6 cm in rib. Change to circular needle size 5 mm at the same time inc 42-56 (34-48) sts evenly distributed on first row = 198-220 (198-220) sts.
Now work pattern like this: 5-6 (7-8) cm in moss-sts, diagram M.1, 5-5 (5-5) rows stocking sts, next row like this over front piece (stocking sts over back piece): 23-28 (23-28) sts in stocking stitch, diagram M.2, 9-10 (9-10) sts in stocking sts, M.2 but reversed so the reindeers will look at each other, 23-28 (23-28) sts in stocking sts – check your tension.
At the same time when piece measures 32-33 (35-37) cm divide work in half, front and back piece works separately until finished measure.

Front piece: = 99-110 (99-110) sts. After M.2 continue with stocking sts until piece measures 50-51 (52-54) cm. Now work M.1 and then stocking sts until finished measure - at the same time when piece measures 58-59 (61-63) cm cast off center 35-36 (35-36) sts for neck and work each shoulder separately until finished measure. Continue to cast off on next row towards neck on every 2nd row: 2 sts 1 time, 1 st 1 time.
Cast off when piece measures 62-63 (65-67) cm.

Back piece: = 99-110 (99-110) sts. Continue with stocking sts until piece measures 50-51 (52-54) cm. Now work M.1 and then stocking sts until finished measure - at the same time when piece measures 60-61 (63-65) cm cast off center 39-40 (39-40) sts for neck and work each shoulder separately until finished measure. On next row towards neck cast off additional 1 st towards neck. Cast off when piece measures 62-63 (65-67) cm.

Sleeve: Cast on 36-40 (40-44) sts on double pointed needles size 3,5 mm with off white and work 5 cm in rib. Change to double pointed needles size 5 mm at the same time inc 12-10 (10-8) sts evenly distributed on first row = 48-50 (50-52) sts. Work pattern like this: 8-8 (11-11) cm in moss-sts, M.1 (place a repeat mid on sleeve), then stocking sts until piece measures 38-38 (43-42) cm, now M.1, continue with stocking sts until finished measure - at the same time after the rib inc mid under sleeve on each side of mid st: 1 sts 27-27 (26-26) times on Lady: every 3rd row. Gent: alternately every * 3rd and 4th row * = 102-104 (102-104) sts. Cast off when piece measures 50-50 (55-54) cm.

Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up 92 sts on double pointed needles size 3,5 mm around the neck and work 3 rows in stocking sts with WS out, cast off. Pick again up 92 sts around neckline in same sts under the edge and work 6 cm in rib. Sew sleeves to body.
