Rib: *K2, P2*, repeat from *-*.

Back piece: Cast on 82-86 sts on needle size 3.5 mm with off-white and work 4 cm Rib back and forth on needle. Change to needle size 5 mm and continue in stocking st, at the same time inc 16-18 sts evenly on first row = 98-104 sts. Remember the knitting tension! When piece measures 26-27 cm cast off for armhole each side on every other row: 3 sts 1 time, 1 st 2-4 times = 88-90 sts. When piece measures 54-55 cm cast off the middle 32-32 sts for neck and dec to shape the neckline on every other row: 2 sts 1 time, 1 st 1 time. Cast off remaining sts on shoulder when piece measures 56-57 cm.

Right front piece: Cast on 42-44 sts on needle size 3.5 mm and work 4 cm Rib. Change to needle size 5 mm, at the same time inc 7-8 sts evenly = 49-52 sts. Now continue as follows: 4 rows off-white, M.1 (place pattern 12-14 sts from mid front), 6-6.5 cm off-white, M.2 (place pattern 7-8 sts from mid front), 4.5-5 cm off-white, M.3 (place pattern 7-8 sts from side), and then complete piece in off-white. At the same time when piece measures 26-27 cm cast off for armhole at side as described for back piece = 44-45 sts. When piece measures 49-50 cm dec to shape the neckline on every other row: 11-11 sts 1 time, 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 1 time and 1 st 3 times. Cast off remaining sts on shoulder when piece measures 56-57 cm.

Left front piece: Like right front piece, but mirrored.

Right sleeve: Cast on 36-40 sts on needle size 3.5 mm with off-white and work 4 cm Rib back and forth on needles. Change to needle size 5 mm, at the same time inc 12-10 sts evenly = 48-50 sts. At the same time inc 1 st each side a total of 27-27 times on every * 3rd and 4th row* alternately = 102-104 sts. At the same time when piece measures 19-19 cm work M.3 mid upper sleeve and then continue in off-white until piece measures 38-39 cm. Continue in M.2 mid upper sleeve and then complete piece in off-white. When piece measures 48-48 cm cast off 4 sts each side for armhole and dec on every other row 6 sts 4 times. Cast off, piece measures approx 53 cm.

Left sleeve: Like right sleeve, but mirror the patterns.

Assembly: Sew the shoulder seams. Pick up approx 80 sts along left front piece on needle size 3.5 mm with off-white and work 3 cm Rib, cast off. Repeat along right front piece, but after 1 cm make 5 buttonholes evenly distributed. 1 buttonhole = cast off 2 sts and cast on 2 new sts on return row. Pick up approx 98 sts round the neck on needle size 3.5 mm with off-white and work 2.5 cm Rib, at the same time dec 6 sts evenly on neckline on back piece on first row. Change to blue, work 1 row Rib and cast off. Set in sleeves and sew on buttons.
