150-150-150 (150-150) g colour no 037, blue
100-100-100 (100-100) g colour no 039, light moss
100-100-100 (100-100) g colour no 002, natural
50- 50-100 (100-100) g colour no 006, black
50- 50- 50 ( 50- 50) g colour no 048, mustard

DROPS circular needles size 3.5 mm and 5 mm
DROPS double pointed needles size 3.5 mm and 5 mm

Knitting tension: 17 sts x 21 rows on needle size 5 mm and stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm

Rib: * K1, P1 *

Pattern: Knit entire pattern in stocking sts.


BODY
Figures in () = Gent size. Cast on 156-164-168 (164-172) sts on circular needle size 3.5 mm with black and knit 5 cm rib but after 1 round change to wine. Change to circular needle size 5 mm at the same time inc 36-40-48 (40-56) sts evenly on 1st row = 192-204-216 (204-228) sts. Knit M.1. – Remember knitting tension. When piece measures 31-32-32 (35-36) cm split into two pieces; front and back pieces and complete separately.

Front piece: = 96-102-108 (102-114) sts. When piece measures 41-42-42 (45-46) cm knit M.2 (start at arrow) and then complete in light moss –At the same time when piece measures 57-58-58 (60-61) cm cast off middle 30-32-32 (32-32) sts for neck and complete each side separately. Continuing cast off 2 sts 1 times, 1 st 2 times on every other row. Cast off when piece measures 61-62-62 (65-66) cm.

Back piece: = 96-102-108 (102-114) sts. Knit pattern like front piece. When piece measures 60-61-61 (64-65) cm cast off middle 36-38-38 (38-38) sts for neck and complete each side separately. Continuing cast off 1 st 1 time on every other row. Cast off when piece measures 61-62-62 (65-66) cm.

Sleeve: Cast on 36-36-38 (38-40) sts on double pointed needles size 3.5 mm with black and knit 5 cm rib but after 1 round change to wine. Change to double pointed needles size 5 mm at the same time inc 14-16-14 (12-10) sts evenly on 1st row = 50-52-52 (50-50) sts. Continuing knit M.1 (place pattern repeat on top of mid sleeve) at the same time inc 1 sts mid under sleeve on each side of middle sts 26-25-26 (26-27) times alternating every * 3rd and 4th rows * = 102-102-104 (102-104) sts. At the same time when piece measures 31-31-31 (35-33) cm complete knitting M.2 (place pattern repeat on top of mid sleeve) and then cast off – Piece measures approx 50-50-50 (54-52) cm.

Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up approx 94 sts around neckline on double pointed needles size 3.5 mm with blue and knit 3 cm rib, knit 1 round and cast off. Sew sleeves onto body in outermost sts so seams are not too bulky.
