550-600-600 g colour no 30, yellow
100-100-100 g colour no 3, mint
50-50-50 g colour no 11, salmon
50-50-50 g colour no 40, coral

DROPS circular needle and double pointed needles size 2.5 and 4 mm, or size needed to get 20 sts x 26 rows in stocking st on needle size 4 = 10 x 10 cm.

DROPS buttons, 5 pcs.

Pattern: See diagram. The diagram is seen from the RS.

Edge: 3 cm stocking st in yellow, work next row as follows: * K2 tog, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* (= folding edge, measure piece from here), 2 rounds yellow, change to mint, 3 cm stocking st.

Body piece: Worked back and forth on circular needle from mid front. Cast on 184-190-194 sts on circular needle size 2.5 mm with yellow and work Edge. Change to needle size 4 mm and continue in stocking st, at the same time inc 44-50-56 sts evenly on first row = 228-240-252 sts. When piece measures 4.5 cm continue in M.1, and then complete piece in M.2. Remember your knitting tension! When piece measures 25-25-25-26 cm cast off 6 sts each side for armhole and complete each piece separately

Front piece: = 54-57-60 sts. Cast off to shape the armhole at the side on every other row: 2 sts 2 times, 1 st 1-3-5 times = 49-50-51 sts. When piece measures 48-48-49 cm cast off to shape the neckline at the beg of every row from mid front: 12-13-13 sts 1 time, 4 sts 1 time, 2 sts 2 times, 1 st 2 times. Cast off remaining sts on shoulder when piece measures 55-55-56 cm.

Back piece: = 108-114-120 sts. Cast off for armhole each side as described for front piece. When piece measures 53-53-54 cm cast off the middle 40-42-42 sts for neck and cast off 2 sts on neckline on next row. Cast off as described for front piece.

Sleeves: Cast on 46-46-48 sts on double pointed needle size 2.5 mm with yellow and work Edge. Change to needle size 4 mm and continue in stocking st, at the same time inc 12-14-12 sts evenly on first round = 58-60-60 sts. At the same time inc 2 sts mid under arm a total of 31 times on every 3rd round = 120-122-122 sts. At the same time when piece measures 4.5 cm work M.3, M.4 and then complete piece in M.2. When piece measures 46-46-47 cm cast off 6 sts mid under arm and complete piece back and forth on needle. Cast off each side to shape the sleeve cap on every other row: 7 sts 7 times, cast off remaining sts. Sleeve measures approx 52-52-53 cm.

Assembly: Join shoulders. Fold edges double towards WS and fasten. Pick up approx 110 sts along left front piece on needle size 2.5 mm with yellow and work 3 cm stocking st back and forth on needle, work next row as follows: * K2 tog, 1 YO *, repeat from *-*, 3 cm stocking st, cast off and fold edge double towards WS and fasten. Repeat along right front piece, but after 1 cm make 5 buttonholes evenly distributed. 1 buttonhole = cast off 2 sts and cast on 2 new sts on return row. Remember buttonholes after folding edge! Set in sleeves and sew on buttons.
