Drops Sweater with pattern repeat and round yoke in “Karisma Superwash”

Size: Small (Medium-Large)

Materials: Drops Karisma Superwash from Garnstudio
350 (350-350) g col no 41, blue
150 (150-150) g col no 31, yellow
100 (100-100) g col no 1, cream
50 (50-100) g col no 42, dark mint
50 (50-100) g col no 24, dark purple
50 (50-50) g col no 29, mint
50 (50-50) g col no 12, purple

Drops circ needle, long (80cm): 2,5mm and 4mm
Drops double pointed needles: 2,5mm and 4mm,
or the size needed to obtain the correct knitting tension.

Knitting Tension: 20sts x 26 rows stocking st on needles size 4 mm = 10x10cm.

Rib: *K1, P1*

Pattern: See diagram (1 diagram = 1 repeat). Pattern is seen from RS.
Pattern is worked in stocking st.
Body: Cast on 184 (190-196) sts on long circ needle size 2.5mm with blue. Work 5 cm rib. Change to circ needle size 4mm and at the same time inc 44 (50-56) sts evenly on first round = 228 (240-252) sts. Work M.1 (but turn repeat upside down) – centre 1 repeat on front. Complete M.1 then continue in blue until piece measures 27 (29-30) cm. Work M.1. Remember to check your tension. Work until 1 round remains of M.1. Cast off 8 sts each side. Piece measures approx 32 (34-35) cm. Put work aside.

Sleeves: Cast on 46 (46-48) sts on double pointed needles size 2.5mm with blue and work 5 cm rib. Change to double pointed needles size 4mm, work stocking st and at the same time inc 12 (14-12) sts evenly on 1st round = 58 (60-60) sts. Work M.1 (but turn repeat upside down) - (make sure you centre pattern repeat on top of sleeve). At the same time inc under sleeve each side of centre st as follows: 1 st 27 (26-26) times every 3rd round = 112 (112-112) sts. Complete M.1, then continue in blue until piece measures 35 (35-36) cm. Work M.1, work until I round remains of M.1. Cast off 8 sts each side. Piece measures approx 40 (40-41) cm.

Body: Put all sts on circ needle size 4mm = 420 (432-444) sts. Work M.2, and at the same time dec 12 (0-12) sts = 408 (432-432) sts. Complete M.2,
then change to double pointed needles size 2.5mm and at the same time dec evenly on round to 100 sts. Work 3 cm in stocking st, change to yellow, work 1 round in stocking st, P1 round, change to blue, 3 cm stocking st. Cast off.

Assembly: Sew seam under sleeve and body. Fold neck band in half to WS and sew.
