EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN:
-------------------------------------------------------
PATTERN:
See diagram A.1.
The pattern is worked in stocking stitch.
SLEEVE TIP:
When knitting up stitches under the sleeve, you can get a small hole in the transition between stitches on the body and sleeve. This hole can be closed by picking up the strand between 2 stitches and working this strand twisted together with the first stitch between body and sleeve.
DECREASE TIP (for sleeves):
Decrease 1 stitch on each side of the marker-thread as follows:
Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker-thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker-thread sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch knit-wise, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch (2 stitches decreased).

JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE:
The pattern uses both long and short needles; start with the length which fits the number of stitches and change when necessary.
The neck and yoke are worked in the round, top down and from the right back shoulder. When the yoke is finished, it is divided for the body and sleeves and the body is continued in the round while the sleeves wait. The sleeves are worked top down, in the round.
If 0 stitches is given for the chosen size, it means that you skip the information and jump to next information.
NECK:
Cast on 64-68-74-80-84-88 stitches with double pointed needles/circular needle size 3 mm and colour Magenta DROPS Daisy. Work rib in the round (knit 1, purl 1) for 2-2-2-3-3-3 cm.
The round begins on the right back shoulder. Insert 1 marker after the first 21-23-25-27-28-29 stitches (approx. mid-front). The yoke is measured from here.
YOKE:
Change to double pointed/circular needle size 4 mm. Knit 1 round and increase 2-4-4-4-6-8 stitches evenly spaced = 66-72-78-84-90-96 stitches. Now work PATTERN – read explanation above, working A.1 11-12-13-14-15-16 times on the round. Remember to maintain the knitting tension.
When A.1 is finished, the yoke measures approx. 10½ cm from the marker = 154-168-182-196-210-224 stitches.
Continue with colour Magenta. Knit 1 round and increase 4-6-4-4-4-2 stitches evenly spaced = 158-174-186-200-214-226 stitches.
Work stocking stitch until the yoke measures 11-11-11-11-12-13 cm from the marker. Now divide for the body and sleeves.
DIVIDE FOR BODY AND SLEEVES:
Place the first 31-35-38-41-44-46 stitches on 1 thread for the sleeve, cast on 4-4-6-6-6-6 stitches (under the sleeve), knit 48-52-55-59-63-67 (= front piece), place the next 31-35-38-41-44-46 stitches on 1 thread for the sleeve, cast on 4-4-6-6-6-6 stitches (under the sleeve), knit the last 48-52-55-59-63-67 stitches (= back piece). The body and sleeves are finished separately. The piece is now measured from here!
BODY:
= 104-112-122-130-138-146 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the 4-4-6-6-6-6 cast-on stitches under one sleeve. Work to the marker; the round starts here.
Work stocking stitch in the round for a further 8-12-12-14-16-19 cm.
Change to circular needle size 3 mm. Work rib (knit 1, purl 1), AT THE SAME TIME increase 22-24-24-26-28-30 stitches evenly on the first round = 126-136-146-156-166-176 stitches.
When the rib measures 3-3-4-4-4-4 cm cast off with rib. The jumper measures approx. 22-26-27-29-32-36 cm from the marker mid-front and 25-29-31-33-36-40 cm from the shoulder.
SLEEVES:
Place the 31-35-38-41-44-46 sleeve-stitches from one thread on double pointed size 4 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the 4-4-6-6-6-6 stitches cast on under the sleeve – read SLEEVE TIP = 35-39-44-47-50-52 stitches. Insert a marker-thread in the middle of the 4-4-6-6-6-6 stitches under the sleeve.
Start at the marker-thread and work stocking stitch in the round with colour Magenta.
When the sleeve measures 5-5-2-2-2-2 cm, decrease 2 stitches under the sleeve – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 0-0-5-6-6-7 cm a total of 1-1-3-3-4-4 times = 33-37-38-41-42-44 stitches. Continue working until the sleeve measures 10-13-15-19-22-27 cm from the division. Change to double pointed needles size 3 mm. Work rib (knit 1, purl 1), AT THE SAME TIME increase 7-7-8-9-8-8 stitches evenly on the first round = 40-44-46-50-50-52 stitches. When the rib measures 3-3-4-4-4-4 cm, cast off with rib. The sleeve measures approx. 13-16-19-23-26-31 cm from the division.
