100% cotton, 50 g/75 m
100-100-100-150-150 gr each of the following:
nr 06 stark pink, nr 10 turquoise, nr 12 red,
nr 14 gold, nr 17 natural, nr 39 pistachio and nr 45 orange

DROPS 4.5 mm straight and short circular needles and 5.5 straight needles, or sizes needed to obtain correct gauge.

Gauge: 16 sts x 20 rows on larger needles in stockinette st = 10 x 10 cm

Bag:

Measurements: Width: approx. 30 cm. Height: approx. 34 cm.
Materials: DROPS Ice from Garnstudio
250 g Colour no 02, off white.

DROPS Crochet hook size 7 mm.

Crochet tension: Remember hook size is only a guide!
9 double crochets with hook size 7 mm = approx. 10 cm in width.

PULLOVER:

Stripes-Body: Knit stripes of 8 cm in the following order: stark pink, natural, orange, gold, pistachio and then turquoise to finished measurements.

Stripes-sleeve: Knit stripes of 8 cm in the following order: pistachio, gold, orange, natural, stark pink and then red to finished measurements.

Front: Cast on 62-68-74-86-92 sts on smaller needles with red. Establish rib as follows (Row 1 = right side):
Sizes S, L and XL: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st) * K 6, P 6 *, repeat from * - *, end with K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).
Sizes M and XXL: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st), * K 6, P 6 *, repeat from * - *, finish with K 6 and K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).
Knit rib for 4 cm. Change to larger needles and stockinette st. Knit 4 cm in red, then follow Stripes-Body – see instructions above.
When the piece measures 14 cm inc 1 st at each side every 6-6-6-9-9 cm a total of 4-4-4-3-3 times = 70-76-82-92-98 sts.
When the piece measures 37 cm bind off for armhole at each side every other row: 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 0-1-2-3-4 times and 1 st 3-3-3-4-4 times = 58-60-62-66-68 sts.
When the piece measures approx. 48 cm (adjust to end after the last row with pistachio), put the center 12-12-12-14-14 sts on a st holder for the neck. Then bind off at each neck edge every other row: 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 1 time and 1 st 2 times = 16-17-18-19-20 sts remain on each shoulder. Bind off when the piece measures 56-57-58-59-60 cm.

Back: Cast on and knit the same as the front but establish the rib as follows:
Sizes S, L and XL: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st), * K 6, P 6 *, repeat from * - *, finish with K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).
Sizes M and XXL: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st), * P 6, K 6 *, repeat from * - *, finish with P 6 and K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).
Bind off for armhole as on front. When the piece measures 54-55-56-57-58 cm bind off the center 24-24-24-26-26 sts for the neck. On the next row dec 1 st at each neck edge = 16-17-18-19-20 sts remain on each shoulder. Bind off when the piece measures 56-57-58-59-60 cm.

Sleeve: Cast on 42-42-42-46-46 sts on smaller needles with turquoise. Establish rib as follows (Row 1 = right side):
Sizes S, M and L: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st), * K 5, P 5 *, repeat from * - *, end with K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).
Sizes XL and XXL: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st), * K 6, P 5 *, repeat from * - *, end with K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).
After 8 cm rib change to larger needles and stockinette st and follow Stripes-sleeve – see instructions above.
After the rib inc 1 st at each side every 6-4.5-3.5-3.5-3 cm a total of 7-9-11-11-13 times = 56-60-64-68-72 sts.
When sleeve measures 48-48-48-47-46 cm bind off for sleeve cap at each side every other row: 4 sts 1 time, 2 sts 3 times and 1 st 1-1-1-2-2 times, then bind off 2 sts at each side until the piece measures 55-55-56-56-56 cm, then bind off 3 sts 1 time at each side. The piece measures approx. 56-56-57-57-57 cm, bind off the remaining sts.

Assembly: Sew shoulder seams.
Neckband: Pick up approx. 70-80 sts (incl. sts on st holder) around the neck on smaller short circular needles with pistachio. Join and knit 5 rows stockinette st, then bind off. So that the neck will not be too tight, K 2 sts in approx. every 7th st at the same time as binding off.
Sew in sleeves. Sew sleeve and side seams using edge sts as a seam allowance.

BAG:
The bag is worked in 2 parts and sewn together, bottom and sides.

Front: Work 32 chain stitches (including 3 chain stitches to turn) with hook size 7 mm.
Then work as follows:
Row 1: 2 treble crochets in the 4th chain stitch from the hook, * 1 chain stitch, skip 3 chain stitches and work 3 treble crochets in the next chain stitch *, repeat from *-*, finish the row with 1 chain stitch and 1 treble crochet in the last chain stitch.
Row 2: 3 chain stitches, 2 treble crochets around the last chain stitch from the previous row, * 1 chain stitch, 3 treble crochets in next chain stitch *, repeat from *-*, finish with 1 chain stitch and 1 treble crochet in the first stitch from the previous row. Repeat row 2 onwards.
When the piece measures approx. 30 cm continue with 1 double crochet in each stitch - the first double crochet on each row is replaced by 2 chain stitches. After 5 rows of double crochets, cut the strand.

Strap: Start 3 double crochets in from one side. Work 1 double crochet in each of the next 4 double crochets, * turn, 2 chain stitches, 4 double crochets *, repeat from *-* until the strap measures approx. 50 cm, cut the strand. Fasten the strap 3 double crochets in from the other side.

Back: Work as for front.

Assembly: Sew front and back together in the sides and bottom, edge to edge.
