50-50 g colour 2020, light beige

DROPS BRUSHED ALPACA SILK from Garnstudio (belongs to yarn group C)
25-25 g colour 04, light beige
NEEDLES:
DROPS SINGLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 4.5 MM.
KNITTING TENSION:
15 stitches in width and 24 rows in height with moss stitch and 1 strand of each quality = 10 x 10 cm.
NOTE: Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to a smaller needle size.

START THE PIECE HERE:

HEADBAND - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE:
The piece is worked back and forth with single pointed needles then sewn together mid-back.
HEADBAND:
Cast on 16-18 stitches with needle size 4.5 mm and 1 strand of each quality (2 strands). Work A.1 back and forth over all stitches. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION!
Cast off when the piece measures 49-51 cm (try the headband on and work to desired length).
ASSEMBLY:
Sew the ends together, inside the cast-on/cast-off edges.
