Then the dash is chain over the 2 previous chains, the then repeat with the DC, correct? Thanks for any help....im pretty sure I will have more questions.

Dear Julie, correct on row 1 but remember also to skip 1 st between each dc (under the 2 chains); on 2nd row the tiny dots are for for the chain, in other words you will work 3 chains between the 2 dc in the chain space. Happy crocheting!

Dear Elizabeth, The DROPS patterns are knitted and crocheted by thousands and thousands of people around the world. We understand however that in certain countries, with different knitting/crochet traditions than Scandinavia, our patterns might be written in a way that differs from what some are used to. But of course we want everyone to understand our patterns, so that’s why we have created an extensive library of tutorial videos as well as step by step lessons that explain how to follow the techniques we use and how to read the diagrams in our patterns. Give them a try!

Bon crochet!

Dear Therese, you will find total weight of required yarn under tab "materials" at the right side of the picture, ie 100 g for the beret (= 2 balls 50 g Karisma) and 200 g for the neckwarmer (= 4 balls 50 g Karisma), ie a total of 6 balls for the whole set. Happy crocheting!

Hoi Dorien.
