How is the yarn cost calculated?

The yarn cost is calculated from the materials needed to make the pattern in its smallest size.
Some yarns, like DROPS Fabel and DROPS Eskimo, have different prices for different colours. In these cases, we calculate the pattern costs from the cheapest of all the different color prices.
