Shawl we finish this?

We have reached the last clue of our DROPS-Along - clue #9, where we will work a double row with fans as a beautiful finish to this shawl.

First a little information

COLOUR:
ROWS 55-56: mustard (colour b)

PATTERN:
A.7a shows how row begins. NOTE: The beginning of rows is drawn above each other in the same diagram even though they are worked alternately the right and left side of the shawl and not above each other.

Brief version

Finish the last row with 2 chain stitches and 1 slip stitch into the 1st chain stitch from previous row. Cut and fasten the threads.

Need help to get started?

Here’s a more detailed description of how to start with Clue #9. We have marked where we are working in the diagram with red.

Begin from the wrong side and work row 55.

Then work row 56 from the right side, finish with 2 chain stitches and 1 slip stitch in into the 1st chain stitch from previous row. Cut and fasten the threads.

Finished!

Clue #9 is over and our shawl is finished - that was so much fun!

Final measure for the shawl is approx. 76 cm between the first chain stitch space and the middle of the last row worked.
