Worked in the round. Cast on 117 sts on circular needle size 3 mm / US 2or3 with Merino Extra Fine. K 1 round and continue in rib as follows: * P3, K2 *, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times, P4, K2, P3, K2, P3, K2, P4, * K2, P3 *, repeat from *-* a total of 16 times and finish with K2. When rib measures 3 cm / 1 1/8'' change to circular needle size 3.5 mm / US 4.
Work next round as follows: 15 stockinette sts, M.1 (= 20 sts), 82 stockinette sts. After M.1 there are 121 sts on needle.
Work next round as follows: 15 stockinette sts, M.2 (= 24 sts), 82 stockinette sts - AT THE SAME TIME dec 2 sts evenly over the 82 sts. Continue in pattern.
