In this DROPS video we show how we increase 2 stitches by knitting 3 stitches in 1 stitch. We work stockinette stitch and back and forth.
From right side, work 3 stitches in same stitch as follows: Knit 1, purl 1, knit 1 in the same stitch, drop the stitch worked off the needle. From wrong side, work stockinette over the new stitches.
We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video. You’ll find a pattern using this technique by clicking on the picture below.
