In this DROPS video we show you how to knit the lace pattern after chart A.1 for the jumper in DROPS 176-27. We knit like this: A.1, increases for raglan (1 stitch in stocking stitch, 1 yarn over, 1-1-1-1-3-3 stitches in stocking stitch, 1 yarn over, 1 stitch in stocking stitch), A.1. In the video we have already knitted 2 ridges in garter stitch. We do not have the same amount of stitches that the pattern says.
This jumper is knitted in DROPS Cotton Merino, but in the video we knit with DROPS Snow.
You must read the pattern and look at the charts to be able to follow this video properly. You’ll find the pattern by clicking on the picture below.

Dear Diane, this video is only showing how to work following the diagram. The increases for raglan will have to be made starting 1 st before A.1 and 1 st after A.1 = increase, K1, A.1, K1, increase. Remember that you may have no increase before/after A.1 on some rounds depending on your size since you will increase differently on yoke and sleeves -see pattern. Happy knitting! 06.02.2018 - 09:35
