In this DROPS video we show how you can increase with a loop (aka M1 = make one). This increase will make a little hole.
In the video we show twice how you make a loop on right needle with the working thread away from you. You can make the increased stitch lean in different directions.
If you want the inc stitch to lean to the left you make a loop on right needle with the working thread towards you.
You must read the pattern to be able to follow. You’ll find patterns where you can use this technique by clicking on the pictures below.

Ik ben bezig met Summer Berries, en moet deze meerdering toepassen. Is het niet gewoon 'Make 1 Left' en Make 1 right'? Zo ja, dan klopt het filmpje niet met de beschrijving, want op YouTube krijg je een andere techniek te zien bij 'M1'.

Bonjour Mme Rousseau, il est difficile de répondre précisément à votre question sans les explications du modèle - mais vous augmentez dans les sections endroit des côtes, vous tricotez donc en côtes 3 m end/2 m env (et quand le col sera replié sur l'endroit, vous verrez des côtes 3 m env/2 m end). Hei. Hvordan kan man gjøre dette hvis det står i oppskriften at man skal øke ved å strikke 1 kast (= 1 løkke) i begynnelsen av pinnen? Mvh Karoline
