Garter st, when knitting flat: Knit all sts, all rows.
Front: Cast on 82-90-98-106 sts on smaller needles with grass green Silke-Tweed. Knit Pattern 1 over all sts to finished measurements. When the piece measures 6 cm [2 3/8"] inc 1 st at each side 4 times every 5-5.5-6-6 cm [2" - 2 1/8" - 2 3/8" - 2 3/8"] = 90-98-106-114 sts. When the piece measures 32-33-35-36 cm [12 5/8" - 13" - 13.75" - 14 1/8"] bind off for armhole at each side every other row: 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 1-2-3-4 times and 1 st 3-4-5-6 times. At the same time when the piece measures 35-36-37-39 cm [13.75" - 14 1/8" - 14.5" - 15.25"] divide piece at center front for V-neck. Now dec 1 st for the neck every other row 17-17-18-18 times = 20-21-21-22 sts remain on each shoulder. Bind off the remaining sts when the piece measures 50-52-54-56 cm [19.75" - 20.5" - 21.25" - 22"].
Back: Cast on and knit the same as the front. Bind off for armhole as on front and knit until the piece measures 48-50-52-54 cm [18 7/8" - 19.75" - 20.5" - 21.25"]. Now bind off the center 32-32-34-34 sts for the neck. On the next row dec 1 st at each neck edge = 20-21-21-22 sts remain on each shoulder. Bind off all sts when the piece measures 50-52-54-56 cm [19.75" - 20.5" - 21.25" - 22"].
Sleeve: Cast on 42-42-46-46 sts on smaller needles with grass green Silke-Tweed. Knit Pattern 1 over all sts. Knit the first stripe (6 rows) in rib, keeping 1 st at each edge in garter st each side (approx. 2.5 cm [1"] rib). After the rib change to larger needles, and continue Pattern 1 in stockinette st over all sts. When the piece measures 7-7-9-9 cm [2.75" - 2.75" - 3.5" - 3.5"] inc 1 st at each side every 3.5-3-3-2.5 cm [1 3/8" - 1.25" - 1.25" - 1"] a total of 12-14-12-14 times = 66-70-70-74 sts. When sleeve measures 50-49-47-46 cm [19.75" - 19.25" - 18.5" - 18 1/8"] bind off for sleeve cap at each side every other row: 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 4-4-3-2 times, 1 st 1-2-6-9 times, then bind off 2 sts at each side until the piece measures 58 cm [22 7/8"]. Bind off all sts.
Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up approx. 108 to 120 sts (divisible by 4) around the neck on short smaller circular needles with grass green Silke-Tweed - start at center front. Knit back and forth from center front as follows (seen from the right side): K 1 (keep in garter st throughout), * K 2, P 2 *, repeat from * - * until 3 sts remain, K 2 and K 1 (keep in garter st throughout).
