NOTE: This pattern is written in American English. All measurements in charts are in cm. For conversion from cm to inches - click here. Replace first sc at beg of round with 1 ch. Finish every round with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round.

Ch 40 with red on hook size 5 mm / H/8 and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. READ CROCHET INFO!
Ch 1, work 1 sc in every sc the entire round and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round. Work 4 rounds more like this. Now work an opening for the label at the front on bottle.
Turn, ch 3 (= 1st dc), work 1 dc in each of the next 27 sc = 28 dc, turn and work back and forth with 1 dc in every dc = 28 dc (3 ch replace 1st dc on every row and finish every row with 1 dc in 3rd ch from beg of previous row).
Work 6 rows in total with dc.
Now close the opening for label by working 12 ch at the front of opening, fasten with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of row. Now work in the round.
Ch 1, work 1 sc in every sc the entire round for 14 more rounds until piece measures approx. 16 cm / 6’’. Finish mid back, this is now beg of round.
Now work a row with eyelet holes as follows: ** ch 4 (= 1 dc + 1 ch), skip 1 st, * 1 dc in next st, 1 ch, skip 2 sts, 1 dc in next st, 1 ch, skip 1 st *, repeat from *-* the entire round and finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round. Work 1 sc in every dc and 1 sc around every ch the entire round and finish with 1 sl st in first sc from beg of round. Work 1 more round with 1 sc in each sc. **
Repeat from ** - ** 2 more times = 3 rounds with eyelet holes with 2 rounds sc between.
Work 6 rounds more with sc (= 8 rounds in total with sc after last row with eyelet holes).
Work last round as follows: ch 4, * skip 1 sc, 1 sc in next sc, ch 4 *, repeat from *-* the entire round and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round. Fasten off.

Cut 2 lengths red yarn of 150 cm / 60’’ each. Twine them tog until they resist, fold the string double so that it twines. Tie a knot in each end approx. 4 cm / 1½’’ in from edges, split the ends into fringes. Thread the string through the holes on the last row with eyelet holes on bottle. Tie a small bow.
