ACCESSORIES: Poly stuffing or some red left-over yarn for filling.

GARTER ST (back and forth on needle):
K all rows. 1 ridge = 2 rows K.

SMALL BALL:
Cast on 4 sts on needle size 5.5 mm / US 9 with Andes.
The entire ball is worked in GARTER ST - see explanation above.
Row 1: K all sts.
Row 2: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 7 sts.
Row 3: K all sts (K YOs twisted to avoid holes).
Row 4: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 13 sts.
Row 5: K all sts (K YOs twisted).
Row 6: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 25 sts.
Row 7: K all sts (K YOs twisted).
Row 8-17: K all sts = 25 sts.
Row 18: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 13 sts.
Row 19: K all sts.
Row 20: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 7 sts.
Row 21: K all sts.
Row 22: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 4 sts.
Cut the yarn approx. 40 cm / 15 3/4'' from ball, pull it through the remaining 4 sts and tighten tog.
Assemble the ball as explained below.

MEDIUM BALL:
Cast on 10 sts on needle size 5.5 mm / US 9 with Andes.
The entire ball is worked in GARTER ST - see explanation above.
Row 1: K all sts.
Row 2: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 19 sts.
Row 3: K all sts (K YOs twisted to avoid holes).
Row 4: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 37 sts.
Row 5: K all sts (K YOs twisted).
Row 6-21: K all sts = 37 sts.
Row 22: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 19 sts.
Row 23: K all sts.
Row 24: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 10 sts.
Cut the yarn approx. 40 cm / 15 3/4'' from ball , pull it through the remaining 10 sts and tighten tog. Assemble the ball as explained below.

LARGE BALL:
Cast on 11 sts on needle size 5.5 mm / US 9 with Andes.
The entire ball is worked in GARTER ST - see explanation above.
Row 1: K all sts.
Row 2: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 21 sts.
Row 3: K all sts (K YOs twisted to avoid holes).
Row 4: * K 1, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* and finish with K 1 = 41 sts.
Row 5: K all sts (K YOs twisted).
Row 6-25: K all sts = 41 sts.
Row 26: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 21 sts.
Row 27: K all sts.
Row 28: K2 tog around, finish with K 1 = 11 sts.
Cut the yarn approx. 50 cm / 19 3/4'' from ball , pull it through the remaining 11 sts and tighten tog. Assemble the ball as explained below.

ASSEMBLY:
Sew the ball tog in outermost sts.
Leave a small opening, fill the ball with some poly stuffing or some left-over yarn and sew tog the opening.
Fasten off.
