Materials: DROPS PARIS from Garnstudio
250 g color no 38, raspberry
200 g in each of color no: 02 light turquoise, 39 pistachio green, 35 vanilla, 45 dusty orange, 33 medium pink, 05 light purple and 30 denim blue.

DROPS CROCHET HOOK size 5 mm / H/8 – or size needed to get 4 dc-groups = 10 cm / 4'' in width.

Finally crochet around the entire blanket with raspberry as follows:
ROUND 1: * Work 3 dc between each dc-group along the short side of blanket, work 3 dc, 2 ch and 3 dc in the corner, work 3 dc around each ch-space (ch-space = the 4 ch each row started with) along the long side, work 3 dc, 2 ch and 3 dc in the corner*, repeat from *-* a total of 2 times and finish with 1 sl st in first dc on round.
ROUND 2: Work 3 dc between each dc-group along all sides and work 3 dc, 2 ch and 3 dc. Fasten off.

CROCHET TIP: Because of the frequent color change, let the strand from previous row be worked into the piece a bit before cutting it off and fastening it (work with the new color around the previous color).

BLANKET:
Ch 145 on hook size 5 mm / H/8 with light turquoise. Turn piece.
ROW 1: Work 2 dc in 5th ch from hook, * skip ch 3, 3 dc in next ch *, repeat from *-* the rest of row = 36 dc-groups. Turn piece.
ROW 2: ch 4, 3 dc between the first 2 dc-groups from previous row, * 3 dc between the next 2 dc-groups *, repeat from *-* the rest of row and finish with 3 dc in 4th ch from previous row = 36 dc-groups on row.
Turn piece, change color (read STRIPE PATTERN) and repeat 2nd row upwards.

Finally crochet around the entire blanket with raspberry as follows:
