See diagram M.1. Start to crochet on the round marked with a star in the diagram.
Crochet 128 ch on hook size 3.5 mm with Baby Merino and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.
ROUND 1: work 3 ch (= 1 tr), skip first ch, continue to work 1 tr in every ch the entire round, work only in back loop of ch = 128 tr. Continue to work in the round and now work 1 tr in every ch in front loop of ch (i.e. there will be a "cross" in the transition) = 256 tr on the round.
ROUND 2: Beg working 1 tr in 3rd ch from beg of previous round, continue to work 1 tr in every tr the entire round =256 tr. Insert a marker = beg of round.
ROUND 3: Work 1 dc in first tr, * skip 3 tr, 3 ch, 1 dc in next tr *, repeat from *-* the entire round and finish with skip 3 tr, 3 ch and 1 sl st in dc from beg of round.
Continue to work pattern M.1 in the round over all sts. Beg on the round marked with a star in the diagram. Work as follows: M.1A, repeat M.1B and finish with M.1C.
When M.1 has been worked 1 time vertically, cut the thread and fasten tightly.
