PATTERN:
See diagram M.1 and M.2, diagram is seen from RS.
HEEL DECREASES:
Row 1 (= RS): Work row until 5-7-7 sts remain, K2 tog into back of loop, turn piece.
Row 2 (= WS): Work row until 5-7-7 sts remain, P2 tog, turn piece.
Row 3 (= RS): Work row until 4-6-6 sts remain, K2 tog into back of loop, turn piece.
Row 4 (= WS): Work row until 4-6-6 sts remain, P2 tog, turn piece.
Continue dec like this with 1 less st before each dec until there are 13-15-15 sts on needle.
----------------------------------------------------------

SOCKS: Worked in the round on circular needle and double pointed needles. Cast on 152-171-190 sts on circular needle size 2.5 mm with Fabel. K 1 round and continue in M.1a and M.2a alternately across the round. After M.1a and M.2a there are 104-117-130 sts on needle and piece measures approx 9 cm. Continue with M.1b over M.1a and M.2b over M.2a. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION!

When piece measures 20 cm dec every other P-section from P3 to P2 = 96-108-120 sts. When piece measures 25 cm dec remaining P-sections from P3 to P2 = 88-99-110 sts. When piece measures 30 cm dec every other P-section from P2 to P1 = 80-90-100 sts and When piece measures 35 cm dec remaining P2 to P1 = 72-81-90 sts. Change to double pointed needles when sts no longer fits circular needle. Continue until piece measures approx 54-56-58 cm. Now slip the first 39-39-48 sts on a stitch holder (= mid upper foot) and keep the remaining 33-42-42 sts on needle for heel. Work stocking st back and forth on needle on heel sts, AT THE SAME TIME on first row from RS K2 tog on all sts on all cables = 21-27-27 sts. When heel measures 5-5.5-6 cm insert a marker in piece. Now work HEEL DECREASES – see above.
After heel dec pick up 13-14-16 sts each side of heel and slip the 39-39-48 sts from stitch holder back on needle = 78-82-95 sts. Continue in pattern as before on the 39-39-48 sts on upper foot and stocking st on remaining sts. AT THE SAME TIME dec each side as follows: K into back of loop the 2 last sts BEFORE the 39-39-48 sts on upper foot and K tog the 2 first sts AFTER the 39-39-48 sts on upper foot. Repeat the dec on every other round a total of 6-6-9 times = 66-70-77 sts. Continue until piece measures 18-19-22 cm from marker on heel (= approx 4-5-5 cm remain). K 1 round stocking st on all sts, AT THE SAME TIME K2 tog on all sts on all cables = 54-58-62 sts. Insert a marker each side with 27-29-31 sts on upper foot and under foot. Continue in stocking st, AT THE SAME TIME dec for toes each side of both markers as follows: BEFORE marker: K2 tog. AFTER marker: K2 tog into back of loop.
Repeat the dec on every other round a total of 4-4-4 times and then on every round 7-8-9 times = 10 sts left on needle. Cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts, tighten and fasten.

Pull the silk ribbon through the eyelet row approx 9 cm from the top.
