Questa edizione di DROPS ♥ YOU è un filato delicato, lussuoso, tinto a mano e composto dal 50% di alpaca e dal 50% di lana. Questo filato può essere lavorato con diverse tensioni di lavoro, dal gruppo B al C, dipende dalla struttura e l'espressione che vuoi ottenere. Il filo ha uno spessore che varia dal filato sottile come Alpaca al filato Nepal più spesso. Crea effetti flamé con bellissimi colori tono sul tono. Facile da lavorare sia per i principianti che per chi ha più esperienza! DROPS ♥ You è un nome generico per diversi filati bellissimi che non appartengono alla nostra gamma standard, ma che sono disponibili soltanto per un periodo limitato. Le qualità che introduciamo possono variare sia per composizione, che per la filatura che per il metraggio. Siamo felici di introdurvi DROPS ♥ You: Un concetto completamente nuovo di filati ad un prezzo molto interessante! DROPS ♥ You è un nome generico per diversi filati bellissimi che non appartengono alla nostra gamma standard, ma che sono disponibili soltanto per un periodo limitato. Le qualità che introduciamo possono variare sia per composizione, che per la filatura che per il metraggio. Quello che hanno in comune è l’eccellente qualità, la provenienza dalle nostre migliori filature e …un prezzo fantastico! Questa versione di DROPS ♥ You è un filato “di lusso”, ottenuto combinando le migliori proprietà di 3 fantastiche fibre; Alpaca rappresenta il massimo della morbidezza, la lana rende il filo più forte e più duraturo e il lino fornisce un aspetto rustico e crea una struttura viva che assomiglia al tweed. La struttura di questa lana magnifica, filata a mano, è soffice; può essere utilizzata per dei maglioni ampi ”oversized”, per delle giacche lunghe con trecce e noccioline, e perché no, un vestitino da portare con i leggings e stivali? O meglio, per creare degli accessori a maglia o ad uncinetto, come le sciarpe, i cappelli, borse e coperte? Prodotto in Peru.
DROPS Big Merino
DROPS Big Merino is the sequel to DROPS Merino Extra Fine, spun from 100% merino wool fibers (19,5 micron) from free-range animals in South Africa and South America. The main characteristics of DROPS Big Merino are the softness, volume, elasticity and even result, which makes it ideal for knitting structured patterns such as cables. The yarn is also superwash treated and therefore machine washable and suitable for everyday use. The special construction of DROPS Big Merino, made of spinning multiple thin strands gives it extra elasticity, also meaning that it is very important to use the correct tension, to avoid the garments stretching. Made in EU. This yarn has Oeko-Tex® certification.
DROPS Big Delight
A comfortable and super soft single stranded yarn, in beautiful colours! DROPS Big Delight is the sequel to DROPS Delight, spun the same way, but in 100% wool. DROPS Big Delight is also thicker and comes in skeins of 100g. The multi coloured print with long colour repetitions creates unique patterns and exciting colour combinations. Features smooth transitions with small thickness variations, in a nice handspun texture. A delightful yarn that inspires creativity and is ideal for felting. The sample pictures in the shade card show the yarn's colour transitions when making a small garment, the look of the shade will vary with the size of garment. Made in Turkey.
