BIKINI TOP:
Crochet gauge: 1 square = approx. 9 x 9 cm.
Square colors: The squares are crocheted in 3 color combinations: A, B and C.

Crochet squares as follows: ch 5 with color 1 and join into a ring with 1 sl st.
1st row: color 1: ch 3, 7 dc in ring, finish with 1 sl st in the ch 3 at start of row. Cut yarn and turn the work.
2nd row: color 2: ch 3 + 1 dc in first dc from 1st row, then 2 dc in each dc from 1st row. Finish with 1 sl st in the ch 3 at start of row. Cut yarn and turn the work.
3rd row: color 3: ch 3 + 1 dc in first dc from 2nd row, 1 dc in the next dc from 2nd row, then alternately 2 dc and 1 dc in each dc from 2nd row. Finish with 1 sl st in the ch 3 at start of row. Cut yarn and turn the work.
4th row: color 4: ch 7 + 1 dc in 1st dc from row 3, * 1 dc in each of the following 6 dc, ch 4, 1 dc in the last of the 6 dc *, repeat from * - * a total of 3 times, 1 dc in each of the last 5 dc from row 3, finish with 1 sl st in the 3rd ch at start of row. Cut yarn and turn the work.
5th row: color 5: ch 3 in 1st dc, 1 dc in each of the following 6 dc, * 3 dc in ch-loop, ch 3, 3 dc in the same ch-loop, 1 dc in each of the following 7 dc, * repeat from * - * a total of 3 times, 3 dc in the next ch-loop, ch 3, 3 dc in the same ch-loop, finish with 1 sl st in the ch 3 at start of row. Cut yarn.
Bikini Top: Make 2 squares of each color combination = 6 squares. Note: if you wish top to be smaller, do not crochet row 5. If you wish top to be larger, crochet 1 more row with color 5.
Sew 1 square of each color combination (= 3 squares) edge to edge so that they form a triangle. Make a second triangle.
Cords: Ch with 2 strands black: 2 cords approx. 120 cm long and 1 cord 15 cm long. Sew 1 bead to each end of each cord. Use the short cord to tie the two triangles together at center front. Thread one long cord through tops of triangles and tie doubled at back of the neck. Thread the other long cord at each side and tie doubled at the back.

6 DROPS dark wood beads
DROPS 3 mm [US 2] and 3.5 mm [US 4] Circular needles, or sizes needed to obtain correct gauge.
DROPS 3.5 mm [US ] crochet hook, or size needed to obtain correct gauge.
Gauge: 22 sts x 30 rows on larger needles in stockinette st = 10 x 10 cm.
Garter st, when knitting in the round: *Rnd 1, knit. Rnd 2, purl.* Repeat from * - *.
Skirt: Cast on 200-220-240 sts on larger circular needles with terracotta and knit 2 rows garter st. Change to brown, knit 2 rows garter st then 4 rows stockinette st, change to black and continue in stockinette st. When the piece measures 28-32-36 cm dec 10 sts evenly distributed on the row every 3 cm a total of 3 times = 170-190-210 sts.
When the piece measures 35-39-43 cm change to smaller circular needles and knit the next row as follows: * K 2 tog, yo *, repeat from * - *. Then knit 4 rows garter st and bind off.
Cord: Ch a cord approx. 100-120 cm with 2 strands black. Fasten 3 beads at each end of cord and thread through holes at top of skirt with ends at center front.
