Heart:
Center of the heart:
Crochet on hook size 2.5 mm with 1 thread of Cotton Viscose and 2 threads of Glitter
1st row: Crochet 17 ch
2nd row: Turn, crochet 1 tr into the 8th ch from the hook, then 2 ch, skip 2 ch and crochet 1 tr, 2 ch, skip 2 ch and 1 tr, 2 ch, skip 2 ch and 1 tr the first ch from previous row.
3rd row: Turn, 5 ch, 1 tr in the 2nd. tr from previous row, *2 ch, skip 2 ch, 1 tr in the following tr*, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times.
4th and 5th row: Crochet as 3rd row. Now you have a square existing off 16 small “diamonds”.

Heart bows: Crochet along 2 of the squares sides as follows: 3 dc in the first diamond, 3 dc in the second diamond, 5 ch (=heart bow), 3 dc in the third diamond, 3 dc in the forth diamond, 1 ch ( = corner ch), 3 dc. Then 3 dc in the next diamond, 5 ch (= heart bow), 3 dc in the third diamond and 3 dc in the forth diamond.

Top: Turn, crochet 15 dtr in the heart bow (= 1 top) 1 dc in the corner ch, 15 dtr the the next heart bow (= second top), 1 sl st in the first of the 3 dc in the first diamond, finish with a ch.
Turn. Crochet 1 dc in each of the dtr on the first top, then 30 ch to create the loop for hanging the heart. Then continue to crochet 1 dc into each dtr on the second top. Continue to crochet along the squares third edge with 3 dc into each diamond, 1 ch (at the point of the heart) then along the 4th side of the square with 3 dc in each diamond and finish with a sl st in the first dc on round. Cut and sew the thread tight.

For the heart to hang nicely and to stiffen it – dip it in colourless soda and let it dry.
