Star: Crochet on hook size 2.5 mm [US C/2] with 1 thread Viscose and 2 threads Glitter.
1st round: Crochet 4 ch, create a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.
2nd round: Crochet 6 sc in ring, finish with 1 sl st in first sc, 1 ch.
3rd round: 2 sc in each sc = 12 sc, finish with 1 sl st in first sc, 1 ch.
4th round: * 1 sc, 1 ch (= small star loop), 1 sc in next sts, 4 ch, 1 sc in 4th ch from crochet hook, 1 ch *, repeat from *-* (= 6 small star loops) finish with 1 sl st in first sc, 1 ch.
5th round: * 1 sc in little star loop, 8 ch, 1 sc in next small star loop *, repeat from *-* 6 times in total, finish off with 8 ch and 1 sl st in first sc, 1 ch (= 6 large star loops).
6th round: Crochet around large star loop as follows: * 3 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook, 1 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook, 1 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook, 3 sc * repeat from *-* 5 times in total – in last large star loop crochet as follows: 3 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook, 1 sc, 20 ch, 1 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook, 3 sc *, finish off with 1 sl st in first sc.
Cut thread and sew.
To make star hang well and be stiff – dip in Sprite or other colorless soft drink and hang to dry.
