A luxurious and super soft wool sock yarn in many fabulous colors!
The colorful magic-print creates fantastic color combinations. The yarn features smooth color transitions and has a nice “hand spun” texture. The magic-print provides unique patterns and color transitions. DROPS Delight is a durable quality, made extra strong with polyamide and it’s Superwash treated for an easy wash in washing machine on a wool cycle.
An exciting yarn that you can use for much more than just socks. Try it on larger projects like cardigans, jumpers, scarves and accessories. Use it for your entire family!
DROPS Delight belongs to Yarn Group A and has the same tension/gauge as Alpaca, Baby Merino, Fabel, Safran, Kid-Silk, Silke-Tweed and Cotton Viscose. Remember that different yarns have a different texture and qualities.
The garments shown on the left are knitted in a different yarn quality, but with the same knitting tension as Delight.
DROPS Baby Merino is spun in 100% merino extra fine wool.
As with DROPS Merino Extra Fine the thread is cable spun, and the stitches will be defined and the result even and neat. Standard baby weight 50 g = 175 meters. Warm, super soft and itch-free wool to suit delicate baby skin. Super-wash treated for daily use and suitable for machine wash. Perfect for busy parents!

We are introducing DROPS POLARIS in 100% pure new wool.
The yarn will come in several delightful/classic colors. (colours in British English) The balls contain 100 gram with a yardage of 36 meter/ 39 yds. Knits on needle size 15 mm / US19 with a gauge/tension as double Eskimo. DROPS POLARIS belongs to yarn group F.

Meet our new classic Alpaca!
DROPS CLASSIC is just as soft and delightful as our bestseller DROPS Alpaca. The yarn is spun with four slightly thicker strands. That makes this yarn even stronger than DROPS Alpaca.
DROPS CLASSIC gives an elegant, soft, feminine and classic result. It is therefore suitable for all kinds of garments and also felts very nice. This yarn is non allergenic and is also very good for baby and child knitwear.
CLASSIC can be used on all our patterns written for yarns in group B, e.g. Karisma, Merino and Muskat.
DROPS KID SILK
A luxury yarn in an exclusive mix of
75% mohair SuperKid, 25% silk.
The yarn comes in balls of 25 gr and 200 meter.
DROPS Kid Silk is feather light, and has a soft
luxurious colour range. KidSilk gives a sophisticated look,
whether it's used alone or together with other qualities.
It is perfect for smaller garments such as shawls, shoulder warmers and feminine tops. If you use KidSILK on its own without other yarn qualities, then we can recommend double thread for a more textured result.

DROPS Big Fabel
– Our exciting thick sock yarn in balls in 100g balls.
75% wool superwash / 25% polyamide
Due to popular demand, and stemming from the the success of Fabel all over the world, we are now introducing DROPS Big Fabel. Big Fabel is produced in the same fine quality as the ever popular DROPS Fabel, but is spun thicker and with 4 threads. Big Fabel is spun with thick winter socks in mind, but is a very versatile, all-round yarn and will be used for gloves, hats, bags, and accessories, as well as for Jackets and Sweaters. DROPS Big Fabel has a popular gauge with a lot of pattern support. All patterns in Alaska, Silke-Alpaca and Paris kan be used.
The picture to the left is not knitted with Big Fabel, but shows a typical design for this yarn.
DROPS Merino Extra Fine is spun from the finest and softest Merino wool. The cable spin makes stitches defined and creates a light and even result. DROPS Merino Extra Fine is ideal for structured patterns such as cables and moss stitch. The wool is super-wash treated and therefore washes well and suitable for everyday use. The characteristics of Merino are softness, volume, flexibility and a neat end result. Because of these qualities the yarn is especially suitable for baby and children’s garments.
DROPS Merino Extra Fine belongs to yarn group B and has the same knitting tension as Angora-Tweed, Classic Alpaca, Muskat, Lin, Karisma og Muskat Soft.
"Green" is in and so is linen yarn.
Our new quality DROPS Lin, 100% linen, is an
exciting addition. Linen is such a contempory and beautiful material you will love your results. Garments knitted in linen create a totaly unique impression, both in ”body” and look. Lin can be knitted on larger needles and big stitches with great results.
